Hi! I’m Sandra—artist and technologist. Pronounced Z-andra. Also: former tech CEO, mother of two. I am the creator of Riffhaus.
I studied at the University of the Arts in Berlin for five years, blending art and technology in a way that opened the doors to MIT. I live in Cambridge, MA.
To RIFF is to take a theme—and play. It’s a term from music, but also from life: improvising, repeating, reworking, until something hits. Haus means home. Family. A shared stage.
Every month I pick a woman who keeps me up at night and thinking all day. I turn her energy into design fundamentals and visual worlds creating a RIFF.
I use AI the way some people use a passport — as a way to travel. When I riff on a musician, I don’t just design clothes, I visit the places where their sound lives.
