Shipping policy
How (and Why) Your Order Ships the Way It Does
Every Riffhaus piece is made-to-order — no warehouses full of unsold inventory, no bulk production “just in case.”
Depending on the garment, your item is produced by one of my specialized manufacturing partners in the UK, Canada, or China:
-
UK & Canada handle silks, performance knit and vegan leather printing.
-
China manufactures technical fabrics like puffers and windbreakers — with extremely high quality, despite the outdated stigma. (Most “luxury” brands use the same factories — they just don’t tell you.)
Your order ships directly from the maker to you, instead of being routed through a U.S. warehouse for repackaging. This:
✅ Reduces emissions (no extra transit step)
✅ Avoids unnecessary packaging waste
⚠️ But — it does mean your piece might arrive a bit naturally crinkled from the journey.
A quick steam or hang will bring it to life — and honestly, I prefer that to pretending clothing teleports in from a fantasy supply chain.
Customs & Timing
With current tariff policies, some orders may take a little longer to clear the border — but I’ll track everything alongside you. If anything looks stuck, I usually am already on the phone with someone but email me anytime if you have questions sandra@riffhaus.com.
