BASEMENT PROJECT

The Basement Project is a home for frequency, not genre. It lives underground—where trust is earned, not broadcast.
A place where sound becomes ritual and nights stretch without urgency. Community comes first: dancers, DJs, friends, strangers dissolving into one orbit.

The room listens as much as it moves. Music here isn’t programmed—it’s felt, tested, risked. Every party is a constellation, briefly aligned. The walls remember everything.

There is no hierarchy, only contribution. If you’ve been, you know. If you haven’t, you will.

Studio Note - Sandra, Founder Riffhaus

The ELEMENTS riff started two years ago, in an actual basement — the one around the corner from my house — where the Basement Project came alive.

Concrete floor, low ceilings, a crowd that felt like family long before I knew any of their names. I met Daniele’s wife Marianne at their Circus party — my kids running around, dancers on ropes, and a community so warm they folded us in instantly.

The first time they came to our HAUS checking out my work was for dinner with DJ Geo from Hell. A few weeks ago, Daniele asked me if I could make “costumes” for their second anniversary party ZODIAC. But then I don’t do costumes, only second skin.

I designed these pieces breaking and rebuilding images until they felt like portals.

Not literal Zodiac symbols, but the feeling underneath: the unrest, the intuition, the charge.

Distilled into prints that breathe like the people who wear them.
