Inspired by a message from a collector named Daphne, who asked for something drawn from the strange beauty of nudibranchs.
I couldn’t go fully tropical or fluorescent with it. Oxis has always felt quieter than that. More restrained. More midnight tidepool than coral reef. So the colors were pulled inward into deep blues, washed indigos, and shadow-black yarns instead.
The nudibranch becomes almost ghostlike here. A soft marine apparition drifting through dark water and seaweed.
