The Tripod shirt takes its name from the tripod fish, a deep-sea creature that balances on long fin rays above the ocean floor. It became part of this riff because tripod fish are my son’s favorite, strange, quiet, and somehow elegant in their own way. The ghosted fish forms drift subtly through the fabric like something half-seen underwater.
